Four individual pieces of karnatzel (10x25 cm / 4x10 in.) of fresh all-beef karnatzel, ready to eat at room temperature—a slice of rye with mustard makes a nice wraparound. Your choice of fresh, medium or dry!
SMOKED MEAT :
Our deliciously marinated quality smoked meat, perfectly sliced, ready to eat at room temperature. Just add our rye bread and mustard, and enjoy a Montreal classic.
CARVED SMOKED TURKEYS :
To help you enjoy your smoked turkey meat to the fullest, you can order it carved and vacuum-sealed to preserve and serve at a later date. Simply choose the weight using the drop-down menu, and that's all there is to it! We'll do everything we can to fill your order exactly as you request it. If for some reason we can't ship you your exact order as far as the weight is concerned, we will contact you by phone or e-mail to propose an alternate solution.
WHOLE SMOKED TURKEYS :
